ABSTRACT PAINTING | Dive into the process of abstract composition

 

Discover the world of abstract art, through the eyes of distudioo, channeling the action paint technique so well known from Jackson Pollock, and color color blocks which can remind you of Mark Rothko.

The workshop starts with the understanding of the layering process in abstract works, proceeding with sketching your own concept for your piece, paying extra attention to the relationships between solid areas, empty spaces and splashes, and then putting that balance into your canvas, by using a combination of different tools, such as chopsticks, spoons or brushes.

 

You will end up with fantastic art piece that you can take home.
